Nestique Shipping Policy

At Nestique, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently as possible while maintaining reliable service standards. This Shipping Policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and complies with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
2. Delivery Method
All orders are shipped using Aramex Store-to-Door courier service, providing delivery directly to your specified address.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery time is 8–11 business days. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and external factors.
4. Delays
While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including high courier volumes, weather conditions, public holidays, and operational delays within the courier network. Nestique cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, to the extent permitted by South African law. However, we will assist in tracking your order, communicate any known delays, and work with the courier to resolve delivery issues.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Any promotions such as free delivery will be indicated on the website.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. Tracking can be done directly through the courier’s system.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Nestique will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses or failed deliveries due to customer unavailability. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.
8. Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of the goods passes only once full payment has been received.
9. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery. We will investigate the issue with the courier. Where required by law, we will provide a replacement or a refund.
